Adds a new offense to Arizona's child prostitution statute (A.R.S. 13-3212(A)(8)): "Providing a means by which a minor engages in prostitution."

Maintains existing class 2 felony classifications for child prostitution involving minors under 15 years of age and for adults engaging in prostitution with minors under 15.

Establishes mandatory minimum sentences for offenses involving minors aged 15-17, with terms ranging from 7-38 years depending on offense type and prior felony convictions.

Requires sentences for offenses involving 15-17 year old minors to be served consecutively with any other sentence imposed on the person.

Prohibits suspension of sentence, probation, pardon, or release on bail for convictions involving 15-17 year old minors, except as authorized by Arizona Revised Statutes Section 31-233.
