Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-814 to clarify restitution requirements when stolen property is recovered from pawnbrokers or dealers.

Changes language from "a violation of law" to "an offense" to describe the crime that must be convicted of for restitution to apply.

Explicitly adds "or dealer" to restitution requirements so courts must order defendants to make restitution to both pawnbrokers and dealers when applicable.

Expands definition of "property" subject to restitution to include numismatic or bullion gold coins and precious items as defined in section 44-1601.

Adds definitions for "dealer" and "precious item" by reference to section 44-1601 for clarity and consistency with existing Arizona law.
