Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-4424 regarding crime victims' rights and impact statements in presentence reports.

Allows crime victims to submit written or oral impact statements to probation officers for inclusion in presentence reports.

Requires probation officers to consider the economic, physical, and psychological impact of the criminal offense on the victim and victim's immediate family when preparing presentence reports.

Makes a technical correction to clarify that victims may provide impact statements "in preparing the presentence report."
