AZ HB2414

Adds "gender identity" and "sexual orientation" to the list of protected classes in Arizona's public accommodations anti-discrimination law.

Defines "gender identity" as gender-related identity, appearance, mannerisms, or characteristics regardless of designated sex at birth.

Defines "sexual orientation" as homosexuality, heterosexuality, or bisexuality.

Prohibits discrimination in places of public accommodation based on sexual orientation or gender identity, along with existing protections for race, color, religion, sex, national origin, and ancestry.

Maintains existing exceptions allowing exclusion of persons who are intoxicated, boisterous, physically violent, or violate regulations applied equally to all persons, and permits non-compliance when required by state or federal law.
