Expands fair housing protections in Arizona Revised Statutes by replacing "sex" with "gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation" across multiple housing discrimination statutes.

Amends sections 41-1491.05, 41-1491.14, 41-1491.15, 41-1491.16, 41-1491.17, 41-1491.20, and 41-1491.21 to include gender identity, expression, and sexual orientation as protected classes in housing transactions and services.

Applies protections to dwelling sales and rentals, real estate appraisals, property advertisements, dwelling inspections, neighborhood entry representations, residential real estate transactions, and brokerage services.

Maintains existing exemption allowing appraisers to consider factors other than protected classes when valuing real property.

Preserves existing provision allowing discrimination based on criminal conviction for illegal manufacture or distribution of controlled substances.
