Removes the offense of using "abusive or offensive language or gestures" likely to provoke immediate physical retaliation from the disorderly conduct statute (A.R.S. § 13-2904).

Separates the offense of recklessly handling a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument into two distinct felony offenses: recklessly displaying a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument, and recklessly discharging a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument.

Updates the forfeiture statute (A.R.S. § 13-3105) to allow courts to order forfeiture of deadly weapons or dangerous instruments in cases involving the new disorderly conduct felony offenses for displaying or discharging weapons.

Modifies the domestic violence definition (A.R.S. § 13-3601) to reference the renumbered disorderly conduct paragraphs involving deadly weapons and dangerous instruments.

Updates the insurance discrimination statute (A.R.S. § 20-448) to reference the renumbered disorderly conduct offenses involving weapons and to correct grammatical language from "which" to "that."
