Amends section 28-4805 of the Arizona Revised Statutes concerning abandoned vehicle towing reimbursement.

Changes the reimbursement amount paid to towing companies from a fixed one hundred dollars to twenty percent of the fee collected by the department.

Applies to vehicles abandoned under section 28-4802 and removes the geographic limitation previously restricting this provision to national forest, state park, Bureau of Land Management, or state trust land.

Towing companies that are still in business are entitled to receive the reimbursement from fees collected by the department for abandoned vehicles they towed.
