Amends Arizona law to clarify that social security numbers transmitted with bank or credit union account numbers must be in redacted or encrypted form.

Allows transmission of documents containing both social security numbers and financial account numbers only as part of application, enrollment, account establishment, amendment, termination, or verification processes.

Clarifies that personal information that is not a social security number may be transmitted without redaction or encryption requirements.

Changes terminology from "web site" to "website" and updates effective date references for public document recording requirements under the existing personal identifying information protection statute.
