Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 28-5104 regarding bond requirements for motor vehicle towing companies and other authorized persons.

Reduces bond requirement for towing company employees conducting level one motor vehicle inspections from $100,000 per location to a maximum of $25,000.

The reduced $25,000 bond covers all locations where the towing company operates, rather than requiring separate bonds per location.

Maintains the standard $100,000 per location bond requirement for other applicants seeking authorization under the statute.
