Establishes a statewide database maintained by the Arizona Corporation Commission to house filed documents for business entities with a known place of business in counties with populations exceeding 800,000 persons.

Database must be searchable by the public and include entity name, approval date, and county of known place of business, with information maintained for at least 90 days and no fees charged to entities.

Allows businesses to satisfy publication requirements by either publishing documents in newspapers or having the Corporation Commission input information into the database within 60 days of approval.

Applies database requirements to corporations (domestic and foreign), cooperatives, generation and transmission cooperatives, nonprofit corporations, and limited liability companies across multiple filing types including articles of incorporation, amendments, mergers, dissolutions, and withdrawals.

Effective date: December 31, 2016.
