Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 28-5110 to allow the director to bring legal action against a person authorized under the article who is violating state law or director-adopted rules.

The director may file suit in Maricopa County Superior Court in the name of the state to restrain or enjoin the person from continuing the violation.

Modifies the statute to include both current violations and past violations ("has violated or is violating") as grounds for the director to pursue legal action.
