Amends section 15-1450 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding community college district board members' participation in employee benefit plans.

Changes subsection B.1 to allow "board members" (plural) rather than "a board member" (singular) to continue participating in health, accident, life and disability benefit plans after leaving the board if they served at least six consecutive years and were covered while serving.

Maintains existing conditions that board members must pay the full premium and their participation cannot result in expenditure of district funds.

Preserves provisions allowing surviving spouses and dependents of deceased board members to continue plan participation under the same premium payment and non-expenditure conditions.
