Allows vapor pressure for gasoline to vary between 7.0 and 9.0 pounds per square inch during the transition month of October (instead of strictly maintaining 9.0 psi from September 30 through March 31).

Allows vapor pressure for gasoline to vary between 7.0 and 9.0 pounds per square inch during the transition month of June (instead of strictly maintaining 7.0 psi from May 31 through September 30).

These seasonal transition provisions apply to gasoline supplied or sold in counties with populations of one million two hundred thousand or more persons and in area A as defined in section 49-541.

Maintains existing exemptions for fuel used in motor vehicles at manufacturer proving grounds or motor vehicle racing events.

Effective date is June 30, 2016.
