Amends Arizona Revised Statutes § 38-843 relating to the Public Safety Personnel Retirement System (PSPRS).

Adds a new subsection G that excludes payments made by cities, towns, or counties against their unfunded accrued liability from their expenditure limitations under Arizona Constitution Article IX, Section 20.

Allows these payments to be made outside the normal expenditure limitation constraints that typically apply to local government spending.
