Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 32-4302 to allow service members who have separated from the armed forces under honorable conditions in the preceding 90 days to obtain professional licenses without examination, on the same basis as military spouses.

Requires applicants (military spouses or separating service members) to be currently licensed in at least one other state in good standing and to have held that license for at least one year to qualify for reciprocal licensure.

Allows regulating entities to require supervision by a licensed professional if applicant has been licensed for fewer than five years.

Establishes criteria that disqualify applicants, including revoked licenses, voluntary surrender while under investigation, prior disciplinary action, or pending complaints or investigations in other states.

Does not prevent reciprocity agreements with other states but requires that standards be substantially equivalent to or greater than Arizona's standards on a case-by-case basis.
