Amends Arizona law governing dispensing of replacement soft contact lenses by requiring prescriptions to meet specified conditions including prescriber name, issuance date, lens brand name, type, tint, and other necessary specifications.

Extends contact lens prescription validity from one year to three years after issuance, or the expiration date provided by the prescriber, whichever is earlier.

Requires prescribers to state a health-related reason on the prescription if establishing an expiration period of less than three years.

Permits refills within 60 days of prescription expiration to be filled with sufficient quantity through the expiration date in compliance with FDA packaging standards, rather than allowing full quantities.

Requires pharmacy advertisements for replacement soft contact lenses to disclose all associated charges and mandates dispensing with a warning notice about eye discomfort symptoms requiring immediate removal and consultation with an eye care practitioner.
