Establishes a fresh food bonus program for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) enrollees that matches their SNAP benefits used to purchase fresh fruits and vegetables at farmers markets.

Provides a maximum of $10 per market per day in matching monies to eligible SNAP participants, subject to available funds.

Creates the Fresh Food Bonus Fund consisting of federal grants and private grants, gifts, and donations to be administered by the Department of Economic Security, with continuous appropriation authority.

Authorizes the department to contract with a third party to administer the program and cover associated costs including administration and marketing.

Automatically terminates the program on July 1, 2026, pursuant to Arizona's sunset review statute.
