AZ HB2534

Amends Arizona law to allow counties to conduct mail ballot elections for any elections administered by the county, including federal, state, and local elections.

Requires county board of supervisors approval through a vote before a county can conduct a countywide mail ballot election.

Mandates that counties, cities, towns, or school districts conducting mail ballot elections submit annual reports to legislative leadership by January 1 following the election.

Reports must include voter turnout changes, cost comparisons to traditional elections, program improvement suggestions, mail ballot irregularities data, voter satisfaction information, and nondeliverable ballot numbers.
