Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 36-136 to exempt primitive camp and picnic grounds offered by the state or political subdivisions from department of health services rules regarding sewage disposal, water supply, and related sanitary standards.

Defines "primitive camp and picnic grounds" as remote camp and picnic areas without accessibility to public infrastructure such as water, electricity, and sewer.

Requires primitive camp and picnic grounds to still comply with sanitary regulations adopted by county health departments under Section 36-183.02.

Makes technical corrections by replacing "assure" with "ensure" and correcting grammatical issues ("is" to "are") in existing statutory language relating to food, bottled water, and ice regulations.
