Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 11-640 regarding the county treasurer's recording of warrant payments with interest due.

Replaces gender-specific pronouns ("he," "his") with gender-neutral language ("the treasurer") in the statute.

Requires the treasurer to record the amount of interest paid in the register or call warrant list when paying a warrant with interest due.

Mandates that interest amounts be entered on the account separately from the principal amount.
