Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 42-6006 regarding municipal elections on tax issues.

Allows cities and towns to submit tax-related issues to qualified electors at regular or special municipal elections.

Permits municipalities to spend public funds to cover election expenses on tax issues.

Makes a technical correction by removing reference to "transaction privilege tax" and clarifying the bill applies to "sales, use, franchise or other similar tax or fee, however denominated."
