Amends Arizona law to allow nonprofit corporations to conduct member votes through online voting systems in addition to traditional written ballots.

Online voting systems must authenticate member identity, authenticate and validate electronic votes to prevent alteration, transmit receipts to voters, and store votes for recount and review purposes.

Requires corporations to provide notice to members before conducting votes by electronic means and must offer alternative voting methods including U.S. mail and fax delivery.

Maintains existing requirements that votes cast by ballot meet quorum and approval thresholds necessary for action at a physical meeting.

Became law effective May 11, 2016.
