Amends the definition of "intersection" in Arizona Revised Statutes section 28-601 to clarify application at locations controlled by traffic control signals.

Specifies that when both intersecting highways include two roadways 30 or more feet apart, every crossing of any two roadways is a separate intersection at traffic signal-controlled locations.

Establishes that if no stop line, yield line, or crosswalk is designated between separate intersections, the two intersections and roadway between them constitute one intersection.

Clarifies that designated stop lines, yield lines, or crosswalks on approach or departure roadways extend the intersection boundaries accordingly.

Effective date: December 31, 2017.
