Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-544 to change Indian nations and tribes legislative day from Tuesday of the second week to Wednesday of the first week of each regular legislative session.

Requires the Arizona Commission of Indian Affairs to cooperate with representatives from the state's Indian nations to annually facilitate the legislative day.

Directs the commission to invite the legislature, governor, and other elected officials to pay tribute to American Indian history, culture, and contributions to the United States.

Authorizes the commission to schedule activities and discussions between state and Indian nations and tribal leaders on issues of shared interest or jurisdiction.

Clarifies that Indian nations and tribes legislative day is not a legal holiday.
