Prohibits cumulative voting in condominium and planned community associations, preventing owners from multiplying their votes by the number of director positions and concentrating votes on single candidates.

Allows owners of multiple units to cast separate ballots for each unit owned, but prevents the cumulative voting strategy of pooling those votes for one director candidate.

Applies the prohibition to both condominiums (section 33-1250) and planned communities (section 33-1812) after termination of declarant control.

Exempts timeshare plan associations from the cumulative voting prohibition, permitting them to continue allowing proxy voting if permitted by their governing documents.
