Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 8-452 regarding qualifications for the Department of Child Safety (DCS) director appointed by the governor.

Replaces previous general requirements with specific educational and experience standards: master's or doctoral degree in social work, public health, human services, public administration or policy, law, clinical psychology or a closely related field.

Requires at least 12 years of experience in providing and supervising child welfare, public health or social services programs with evidence of community collaborations.

Requires at least 2 years of demonstrated successful management experience of a large health or human services system in governmental, nonprofit or related sector with evidence of effective community partnerships.
