Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-943 regarding the base support level calculation for school districts.

Adds a new paragraph 5 that multiplies the base support level calculation by an equity assistance weight (specific percentage to be determined).

Requires monies received through this equity assistance weight to be used only for costs associated with educating students classified as children with disabilities under Section 15-761 or students eligible for free or reduced-price lunches under federal nutrition programs.

Creates additional funding specifically targeted at supporting disabled students and economically disadvantaged students through the school finance system.
