Directs the Arizona Auditor General to conduct a special audit of the refugee resettlement process in the state under the federal refugee resettlement program (8 U.S.C. § 1521-1525).

Audit must review the number of refugees resettled in Arizona during the previous 36 months, state monies spent on refugee resettlement, and federal monies received by the state for the program.

Auditor General must submit the completed audit report to the Governor, President of the Senate, Speaker of the House of Representatives, and Secretary of State on or before December 1, 2016.

This section is repealed effective September 30, 2017.
