Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 44, Chapter 11 by adding Article 26 regarding hotel and motel employees.

Requires hotel or motel owners and managers to check the internet sex offender website established under Arizona law and the U.S. Department of Justice National Sex Offender Public Website before allowing employees to access guest rooms.

Prohibits employees who appear on either sex offender registry from having access to registered guest rooms at hotels or motels.
