Urges United States Congress to direct the American Legion to expand membership eligibility to include all honorably discharged military veterans.

Notes the American Legion was chartered by Congress in 1919 as a patriotic veterans service organization dedicated to mentoring youth, supporting servicemembers, and advocating national security.

States the American Legion currently limits membership to veterans honorably discharged from specified military eras including World War I, World War II, Korean War, Vietnam War, Lebanon/Grenada, Panama, and Persian Gulf War.

Directs the Arizona Secretary of State to transmit copies of the memorial to the President of the United States, Speaker of the House, President of the Senate, and all Arizona Members of Congress.
