Applies to Congress to call a constitutional convention limited to proposing amendments that define the term "natural born citizen" as required by Article V of the Constitution.

Declares this application as continuing until at least two-thirds of state legislatures submit applications on the same subject.

Automatically revokes the application retroactively if it is used to call a convention or support amendments for any purpose other than defining "natural born citizen."

Directs the Arizona Secretary of State to transmit the resolution to Congress, the President, Senate leadership, House leadership, Arizona's congressional delegation, and presiding officers of all state legislatures.
