AZ HCR2030

Proposes an amendment to Article VII, Section 13 of the Arizona Constitution regarding bond elections and special assessments.

Changes language to clarify that questions on bond issues or special assessments shall be submitted to "the qualified electors" of the state or affected political subdivision.

Removes the phrase "real property tax payers, who shall also in all respects be" from the constitutional text as a technical correction.

Requires submission of the proposed constitutional amendment to Arizona voters at the next general election.
