Acknowledges that approximately 300,000 Native Americans lived in Arizona as of 2010 (over 4% of state population) and that tribal nations constitute approximately one-quarter of Arizona's land base.

Notes Native American contributions to Arizona's economy through energy, water, and economic development partnerships, with Indian casinos employing thousands and contributing tens of millions in state revenue.

Affirms that a respectful and productive relationship between the State of Arizona and Native American nations is necessary for the productive and peaceful future of all residents.
