Proposes an amendment to Article VII, Section 2 of the Arizona Constitution to lower the voting age from eighteen to sixteen years old.

Requires voter approval through a general election and proclamation by the Governor for the amendment to take effect.

Maintains all other voter qualification requirements including U.S. citizenship and state residency periods as prescribed by law.

Preserves existing disqualifications for voters, including those adjudicated as incapacitated persons and those convicted of treason or felony without restoration of civil rights.
