Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 44-1844 to modify exemptions from securities registration requirements for intrastate offerings.

Allows securities exempt under the new intrastate offering exemption to be resold in isolated transactions if at least nine months have passed since the issuer's last sale to an Arizona resident.

Establishes an intrastate crowdfunding exemption for Arizona-based issuers raising up to $1 million (or $2.5 million with audited financials) from state residents through internet platforms.

Requires issuers to place funds in escrow, provide detailed disclosure documents, and file notice with the Arizona Corporation Commission at least ten days before offering.

Specifies disqualifications apply to issuers and requires quarterly reporting to purchasers and record-keeping for three years.
