Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-3802 regarding a sheriff's or public officer's authority to command inhabitants to assist in executing legal process.

Allows officers to command county inhabitants to assist when they find resistance or have reason to believe resistance will occur during process execution.

Adds exception permitting a person to refuse assistance if complying would expose them to physical injury.

Clarifies language by replacing "such" with "the" and specifying that officers shall certify names of persons resisting to the court for potential contempt of court proceedings.
