Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-2301 to add animal fighting and cockfighting to the definition of "racketeering" under the organized crime statutes.

Expands the list of predicate acts that qualify as racketeering to include animal fighting or cockfighting as a chargeable offense when committed for financial gain.

Makes animal fighting and cockfighting prosecutable as organized crime offenses when they involve a criminal syndicate or pattern of racketeering activity.

Applies existing racketeering penalties and remedies, including civil liability and asset forfeiture provisions, to persons engaged in animal fighting or cockfighting enterprises.
