Repeals Title 11, Chapter 7, Article 8 of Arizona Revised Statutes and sections 13-1509, 13-2928, 13-2929, and 41-1724 relating to immigration enforcement.

Removes the provision allowing peace officers to stop any person operating a motor vehicle based solely on reasonable suspicion of violating any civil traffic law in connection with human smuggling investigations.

Removes the provision allowing peace officers to arrest a person without a warrant for committing any public offense that makes the person removable from the United States.

Eliminates vehicle impoundment provisions for persons transporting or harboring aliens in violation of federal immigration law.

Removes entrapment defense provisions from Arizona employment laws regarding unauthorized aliens (sections 23-212 and 23-212.01).
