Changes requirement for county recorders to establish on-site early voting locations at the recorder's office, opening the same day early ballots are sent out.

Requires on-site early voting locations to remain open until 7:00 p.m. on business days through the Monday before election day.

Mandates on-site early voting locations be open on Saturdays and Sundays until 7:00 p.m. during the two weekends immediately preceding election day.

Extends the deadline for in-person early voting from 5:00 p.m. on the Friday before election to 7:00 p.m. on the Monday before election day.
