Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 21-202 to add a new ground for temporary excusal from jury service for persons summoned within four years after their last day of service on a grand jury in Arizona.

Exemption does not apply to persons selected as alternate grand jurors.

Persons excused under this provision become eligible for jury qualification once the temporary excuse expires, unless permanently excused on other grounds.

Maintains existing policy that all qualified Arizona citizens have an obligation to serve on juries when summoned unless excused for valid reasons.
