Repeals section 41-3016.14 of Arizona Revised Statutes and adds a new section 41-3022.24 establishing termination and repeal dates for the oil and gas conservation commission.

Oil and gas conservation commission terminates on July 1, 2022, with Title 27, chapter 4, article 1 repealed on January 1, 2023.

Continues the oil and gas conservation commission to regulate drilling and production of oil, gas, helium, and geothermal resources, promote conservation, protect ownership rights, and safeguard public health.

Sections 1 and 2 are effective retroactively to July 1, 2016, establishing the continuation of the commission through the specified termination date.
