Amends section 15-1450 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding community college district board member participation in employee health and disability benefit plans.

Changes language in subsection B.1 from singular "a board member" to plural "board members" to clarify that multiple board members (not just one) may continue participating in the plan after leaving the board.

Allows former board members who served at least six consecutive years and were covered under the plan to continue participation if they pay the full premium with no district expenditure.

Permits surviving spouses and dependents of deceased board members to continue plan participation if they were previously covered, pay full premiums, and result in no district expenditure.
