Requires the Citizens Clean Elections Commission to conduct random audits after each general election of corporations, limited liability companies, and labor organizations that register and make independent expenditures.

Random audits must review notifications, documentation, and financial records to verify compliance with section 16-914.02, subsection K requirements.

Commission may hire an independent accounting firm to conduct audits, with entities selected by random lot at a commission meeting.

Audits are confidential unless a violation is found, in which case the commission must notify the appropriate filing officer of the alleged violation.

Requires approval by at least three-fourths of members in each house of the legislature to take effect, per Arizona Constitution article IV, part 1, section 1.
