Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-226 regarding the timing and definition of nonpartisan elections.

Requires nonpartisan elections to be called no later than 120 days before the election date.

Changes the regulatory reference in the definition of "nonpartisan" from "chapter" to "article" as a technical correction.

Defines "nonpartisan" as an election held by a special district established under title 48 that is not held concurrently with the general election.
