Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 4-120 regarding the liquor licenses fund administered by the Department of Liquor Licenses and Control.

Corrects grammatical language regarding the reversion of excess monies from the liquor licenses fund to the state general fund at the end of each fiscal year.

Monies in the liquor licenses fund in excess of $700,000 at the end of each fiscal year revert to the state general fund.

Monies in the fund remain exempt from lapsing appropriation provisions under section 35-190, except for amounts exceeding the $700,000 threshold.

The department shall administer the fund with annual deposits not exceeding amounts appropriated by the legislature.
