AZ SB1085

Amends section 30-221 of Arizona Revised Statutes relating to the Arizona Power Authority's authority to issue revenue bonds.

Allows the Arizona Power Authority to issue revenue bonds when other financing methods or procedures are found to be inadvisable, inadequate, or insufficient for acquiring or constructing transmission lines, projects, works, or facilities.

Permits the authority to issue bonds independently or in conjunction with any other optional or alternative plans provided in the statute.
