Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 11, chapter 2, article 4 by adding section 11-269.15.

Allows counties to purchase, own, lease, or hold real property outside their territorial limits for developing, operating, and maintaining wireless communication facilities used for county government purposes.

Provides an exception to the existing restriction in section 11-201, subsection A, paragraph 2, which previously limited county property acquisition to within territorial boundaries.

Became effective March 14, 2016 when approved by the governor.
