Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-1647 regarding Arizona State University's distribution of licensing and patent income.

Clarifies that ASU shall distribute gross or net income from licensing, patents, and related revenues including anticancer, antiviral, antifungal, antimicrobial drug discoveries, up-front payments, royalties, and commercialization revenue.

Requires ASU to provide an audited annual report detailing income distribution, expenditures, and actual expenses to the Arizona Board of Regents president, governor, senate president, and house speaker.

Removes the requirement to distribute reports to the Department of Library, Archives and Public Records, retaining only the secretary of state as the additional recipient.
