Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 9-500.19 regarding municipal regulations on vehicle refueling apparatus.

Removes the reference to "as defined in section 43-1086.01" from the statute that prohibits cities and towns from effectively prohibiting installation or use of vehicle refueling apparatus.

Maintains existing provision that cities and towns cannot prohibit vehicle refueling apparatus, declaring it a matter of statewide concern.

Preserves cities' and towns' authority to ensure proper installation of refueling apparatus to protect public health and safety.
