Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 11-296 regarding county hospital records of indigent care.

Removes comma after "discharge" in the list of required record items (names, admission dates, disease, length of stay, discharge or death).

Replaces gendered pronouns "he" with gender-neutral term "the contractor" in subsection B describing filing requirements.

Requires contractors or hospital administrators to maintain accurate written accounts of admitted persons and file verified quarterly statements with the board.

Conditions contractor payment on compliance with record-keeping and reporting requirements.
